What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Safety Risk Consulting position at Marsh?
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce Strategy team at Marsh. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Workforce Strategy practice has a multitude of specialties, including Health & Safety/ Life Safety, Ergonomics, Transportation/ Fleet Safety, Behavioral, and Industry Expertise. As a Construction Safety Consultant, you will collaborate with a team of experts and clients to address construction-related risks and enhance client safety outcomes.
Construction Safety Consultant
We will count on you to:
Manage complex projects to deliver exceptional results for clients.
Lead continuous risk improvement initiatives in construction safety, including assessment, creation, implementation, and monitoring of customized solutions.
Monitor client performance through program assessments and data analytics.
Independently develop large project proposals to expand clientele and innovate construction safety consulting solutions.
Travel up to 70% to work closely with clients in the field.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Safety management
Knowledge of advanced safety technologies.
Ability to travel up to 70% to work with clients in the field.
What makes you stand out:
CDS or CSP Certification (preferred, but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other client communication tools.
Strong communication and professional writing skills.
