SVP Digital Products Leader
We will count on you to:
- Drive and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Ensure product features and prioritizations align with business objectives.
- Be the product evangelist, generating excitement about the product and its features.
- Analyze insurance market trends and translate them into actionable product features.
- Own and lead the roadmap definition, prioritization, product backlog grooming, and refinement, driving product development from concept to launch.
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, business users, and other teams on all aspects of product delivery.
- Conduct analysis to measure the results of feature deployments and identify further business opportunities.
- Manage multiple concurrent products in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the platform and industry/competitive landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10 years of product management and/or new product development experience.
- A strong focus on enhancing customer experience.
- Hands-on experience in agile product delivery and lean methodologies.
- Proven ability to develop and drive alignment around a vision, set goals, and initiate projects to completion with minimal guidance.
- Experience analyzing and leveraging data to inform product decisions.
- Background in building Data & Analytics products or platforms at scale.
- Experience in developing web/mobile applications, personalization capabilities, APIs, or platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-organized and process driven.
- Master’s preferred
- A strong bias toward action and learning, with a focus on understanding customer needs to enhance their experiences.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and create transformational customer and business value.
