Qualifications / Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Must have a clean, valid driver's license
- 21 years of age or older
- High degree of attention to detail
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- High level of professionalism
- High capacity, self-motivated, driven individual
- Skill of math (basic adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing – know how to figure square footage)
- Ability to lift 50lb and be in good health
- Comfortable climbing ladders, in attics and crawl spaces, or being on roofs (not afraid of heights)
- HVAC knowledge and basic understanding Air Duct and Dryer Vent cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Know your route and schedule daily
- Professional appearance and communication with clients Available to work year-round (all weather conditions)
- Communicate well with clients
