Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including hospitality environments, hotels, and residential spaces. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and meet high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with established standards.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitize bathrooms.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request restocking as necessary.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management principles for efficient workflow.
• Proficiency in floor care techniques for various surfaces (e.g., carpet, tile).
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
