Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking a coverage litigation attorney in our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office with four (4) or more years of legal experience needed for dynamic and varied Insurance Services practice. This position is focused on UIM bad faith litigation, but will from time to time involve pre-litigation consultation, drafting coverage opinions, and potentially, insurance fraud investigation and litigation. The practice group is teamwork-based and client-focused with the opportunity for client interaction and practice growth.
