The law offices of Marshall Dennehey, a large civil defense litigation firm, is seeking a full-time Paralegal for its Roseland, NJ office with Litigation / Personal Injury Protection experience.
This team works as a national unit to serve the insurance industry and the ideal candidate is one who works proactively and creatively. The candidate's cases will range from fraud / special investigations (medical provider fraud, staged accidents, first party property and others), to no fault litigation filed in all fifty (50) States. As this position seeks a candidate with one (1) to three (3) or more years of legal experience, the candidate can expect to work with litigation group that will continue to nourish their development.
