We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of our organization by accurately recording and reporting financial transactions , Quickbooks experience is a definite must
Small construction/excavating company needing General Office Administrator. Your job will require approximately 20-25 hours a week with a somewhat flexible schedule. Duties will require trips to the post office, organize and pay bills, weekly payroll, payroll reports and invoices In Quickbooks program
Must be self-motivated. Most days you will have minimum communication with the owner and will meet with him 1 or 2 days a week in Little River Academy office , other days working from home is permitted.
Immediate work and training.
Duties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
- Prepare and manage general ledger accounts, including balance sheet reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Process payroll, including salary, benefits, and deductions.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide management with timely and accurate financial reports.
- Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in financial records.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of corporate accounting principles.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks is a must.
- Experience with payroll processing and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail.
