National Law firm is seeking a mid-level IP Patent Prosecution Attorney to join it's growing Intellectual Property Practice Group . This position offers the flexibility of a remote or hybrid work arrangement from any of the firm's office locations.
About the Role :
The Firm is seeking an attorney with at least three years of experience in patent prosecution, handling a variety of patents across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in :
- Patent prosecution , including drafting and filing patent applications.
- Patent search and analysis , providing strategic guidance to clients.
- Portfolio management , helping clients safeguard and maximize their intellectual property assets.
- Experience in mechanical, biomedical, or medical device patents is a plus.
- Litigation experience is beneficial but not required.
