Key Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have :
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
- Experience conducting depositions , managing discovery , and assisting with trial preparation .
- A proven background in providing coverage analysis to clients, particularly with D&O , management liability , and professional liability policies.
- Litigation experience, including drafting pleadings , motions , and briefs and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing.
- Familiarity with both state and federal court proceedings (highly preferred).
