About the Role
As a Remote Legal Recruiter you will play a vital role in sourcing engaging and placing exceptional legal talent with our clients. Your expertise and relationshipbuilding skills will drive your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Sourcing : Identify top legal professionals through job boards social media referrals networking events and other channels.
Candidate Evaluation : Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to match candidates skills qualifications and cultural fit with client needs.
Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
FullCycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Pipeline Development : Maintain a steady pipeline of highquality candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
Market Expertise : Stay informed about legal industry trends market conditions and competitive insights to provide strategic advice.
