As a Registered Nurse in our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring patient care with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Optimizing resource utilization
- Maintaining established standards of care to meet patient outcomes within an appropriate length of stay
- Justifying and documenting variations based on individual patient needs
You will also assist with management needs of the Nursing Unit.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree from an approved School of Nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in West Virginia or a valid compact state nurse license
You must possess knowledge of current nursing procedures and hold a BLS certification.
