Job Description
The Diagnostic Imaging Technologist will be responsible for performing a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including general radiology, CT scans, and mammography. They will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive high-quality care.
Main Responsibilities
- Use advanced imaging equipment, including X-ray machines and fluoroscopy units.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate image capture.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new imaging protocols.
Requirements
Candidates for this role must have a degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited institution and be registered with the ARRT. They must also hold a valid license to practice in the state of WV and complete any required continuing education courses.
