Performs contact tracing and keeps recordsPerforms COVID Antigen testing and provides correspondence with testing individualsAssists with obtaining and tracking COVID vaccination documentation and exceptionsAssists with Hazardous Drug ProgramAssists with Hearing Conservation ProgramOnboarding healthcare workers, volunteers, students, and new Residents.Coordinates and provides feedback to the department manager, coordinator, administrator, chair, and / or staff for deficiencies.Assists with coordination of the Annual Influenza Vaccine Campaign.Performs yearly influenza vaccines for healthcare workers, volunteers, and students.
Assists with obtaining and tracking influenza vaccination documentation and exceptions.Performs record keeping and tracking for compliance rates.Performs immunization reviews for visiting healthcare workers, volunteers, and students.Performs for-cause drug screens.Provides clerical / receptionist duties.Manage inventory and supplies for Employee Health.Assists in processing records requests.Assists with billing questions : immunizations, worker compensation, etc.Manages personal protective equipment requests from departments for N95 respirators.Performs other duties as assigned.Education : Graduate of a medical assistant program or school of nursing. MA candidates must be able to obtain certification.
Experience : Prior experience is required.
