We are seeking a travel nurse RN Case Manager to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating discharge planning and coordinating safe discharge to the next level of care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The working hours are 10 hours per shift, with every other weekend off.
