Senior Financial Analyst Role
The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a strategic partner to executives, leadership, and other stakeholders within the organization. This role is responsible for providing analytical support, project management, and technical expertise to drive financial and operational performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial performance monitoring processes
- Compile, interpret, and present monitoring information to stakeholders
- Participate in budget planning, development, and forecasting
- Conduct area-wide analyses and high-level reviews to inform target development
- Serve as a facilitator, driver of change, communicator, and liaison to effectively utilize people, processes, and technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management; MBA preferred
- 3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, analytical, or decision support roles
- Experience in healthcare operations and strong healthcare analytics skills
- Ability to work with Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and statistical reporting software
- Knowledge of Lean principles and healthcare operations
