Senior Financial Analyst Position Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst provides project management and analytical support for various financial issues across the division. This role assists in developing financial performance monitoring processes, interpreting and presenting monitoring information, and participates in planning and development of divisional budgets and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial performance monitoring processes
- Assist in planning and development of divisional budgets and forecasts
- Participate in high-level reviews and analyses for target development
- Serve as a liaison between executives, leadership, physicians, clinicians, and other stakeholders to effectively utilize people, processes, and technology
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management with an MBA preferred
- 3 years of financial reporting, accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, analytical, or decision support experience
- Experience in healthcare operations and strong healthcare analytic responsibilities
- Extensive experience with Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint applications, and statistical reports
- Knowledge of Lean principles preferred
