Marshall Music is looking for a Retail Sales Associate with a love of music and a background in customer service. You will play a key role in assisting musicians of all ages and experience levels. We are a family-owned company with a fun and unique work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting customers and offering assistance
- Advise customers in selecting their purchases by providing information on instruments and their related accessories
- Clean and prepare musical instruments
- Assist young students in choosing their first instrument
- Assist customers checking in repairs
- Answer telephones and assist customers over the phone
- Assist with inventory and setting up displays
- Help maintain store cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Must have superior customer service
- Familiarity with a variety of musical instruments is highly recommended
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
