Atrium Centers is currently looking for experienced RN / LPN Unit Managers in the MARSHALL, MI area!!
Full Time - 1st Shift. Must hold current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) OR a LPN .
Job Description for Unit Manager
Plan, organize, staff, administer and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under director of DON.
Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care / related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants
Qualifications for Unit Manager
At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment; most of which should be in a management role.
A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents
Current RN License
Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification
Good Working knowledge of State Rules / Regulations
Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
