The Opportunity
We are in need of a real “go-getter” who can make an immediate impact on our Property Management division! As a Property Maintenance Manager, you will work on a team that manages a portfolio of 500 single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties in Cape Coral and surrounding areas. In this role, you will travel to properties to perform inspections, coordinate maintenance repairs and oversee large renovations, hold vendors accountable, and protect the investment of our landlords.
What We Offer
Annual Salary| $50,000 - $60,000
Annual Commission Potential| $4,500 - $7,500

- This is NOT a hands-on maintenance role. This is not a construction role. This is a project management role where you will oversee renovation projects and residential repairs / maintenance for a portfolio of properties managed by our company. This role will require daily travel across Cape Coral and surrounding areas. A company vehicle will be available for use.
