The Opportunity
We are seeking an Austin Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team and make an immediate impact in Austin and surrounding areas. Whether you are an experienced real estate agent, new agent, or in the process of obtaining your real estate license, we have the tools, the leads, and the mentorship that can take you to a six figure income!
Our Track Record:
- Helped clients purchase 500 properties (in Houston TX, San Antonio, TX, and Austin TX).
- Leasing 1,000 properties a year in our TX Markets
Roles:
- Lease vacant properties.
- Assist buyers/sellers with homes and investments.
- Work with tenants, first-time buyers, and seasoned investors.
Support: Tools, leads, and mentorship provided.
- We are not a big-tent broker, we have 40 hand-picked agents across our select Texas markets
Earnings:
- 1099 commission-based.
- Potential: $50,000 -$250,000 annually.
New and experienced agents welcome!
\n- Build, grow, and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with high autonomy
- Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity
- Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
- Create and update a Property Activity Log for each vacant property
- Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time
- Ensure current resident files are properly maintained
- 20 phone calls per day
- Working weekends required
- Texas real estate license required
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate use of CRM, AppFolio, ZipForms, and MLS a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with an ability to anticipate the needs of the client
- Strong ability to collect, organize, and communicate
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently
Salary : $50,000 - $250,000
