The Co-Manager is responsible for the overall store operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads the sales culture in our stores by demonstrating, encouraging and developing all CSA’s ability to create unique experiences for our customers.
- Open and close the stores.
- Assists in creating an “Effective Sales Team” as evidenced by motivated and knowledgeable sales staff, sales floor is adequately covered, etc.
- Provide input in CSA/Stock and Leads’ review process and must meet deadlines accordingly.
- Understand and utilize store software systems such as: WebIM and Storeforce, etc.
- Responsible for all KPI Targets.
- Assists in the upkeep of the store: maintaining store displays and merchandising
- Must have complete knowledge of the store’s stock.
- Supervisory duties; may be assigned to act on behalf of the GM in recruiting, onboarding and new hire training
- Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements:
- Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of experience in a lead or management role in a fast-paced retail environment OR in retail training
- Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system and POS register system.
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
- Ability to work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
- Organized, detail oriented, and strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Additional Security clearance may be required depending upon location
