Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team for our Inmotion Electronics store.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the cash register.
- Utilize POS systems to process sales efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining an organized store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Demonstrate retail math skills to assist customers with pricing and product availability questions.
- Maintain phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers is essential.
- Experience with grocery store operations is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes are highly valued.
