Key Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing compliance management and driving successful implementation of design and construction management systems.
- Manage the effort to develop and operationalize Accruent workflows to allow design and construction to function seamlessly, to include:
- Change Order Approval Process
- Budget management process
- Contract approval process
- Payment application process
- Vendor approval process
- Vendor portal access and entering pay applications
- Purchase orders
- Committed Cost reporting
- Project Cost summary reporting
- Asset management tracking
- Document storage and file structure
- Estimating Cost Database
- Work with the other departments to and aid in workflow development for their processes and how Accruent may work for them or how it interfaces with D C
- Educate users on how to use platform, be a source of Questions and Answers for ongoing issues for D C users
