As the Executive Assistant, Construction you will provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
Location: Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed, 40-50 hours per week
Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 salary

Job Responsibilities
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company.
- Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events for select ELT executives.
- Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues and ensures that all preparations are made prior to the meeting time. Book conference rooms, register visitors, order food (if necessary) and have all materials printed and ready for all participating parties – particular focus for ELT level steering committee meetings.
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, decks, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the executive team as needed.
- Travel - Arrange complex international and domestic travel and accommodations for select executives. Coordinates directly, or in conjunction with travel partner, including flights, hotels, and car services as requested and creates itineraries, including all confirmations and contact information for flights, hotel, and transportation. Updates itineraries and checks for new information pertaining to travel.
- Prepare detailed and accurate expense reports while maintaining the company’s T & E polices and best practices.
- Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by the senior executive assistant on behalf of the ELT executives.
- Be responsive to emails / texts /phone calls outside of normal business hours as needed
- Welcome guests, candidates, and vendors in person or on the phone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters while representing the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
- Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
- Complete ad hoc projects and event planning as needed.
- Assist at the front desk as needed
