In this role, you will provide essential administrative and financial support, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of your team. Perform general administrative duties including supply ordering, mail processing, scanning, bank deposits, and other routine office tasks
Compensation: $37,500-$42,500, based experience and education.

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Financial Service Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will provide essential administrative and financial support, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of your team. Perform general administrative duties including supply ordering, mail processing, scanning, bank deposits, and other routine office tasks
- Perform general administrative duties including supply ordering, mail processing, scanning, bank deposits, and other routine office tasks.
- Transmit daily positive pay files to the bank and track daily balances in the operating account.
- Support Financial Service Specialist and Senior Financial Service Specialist to ensure team success
- Develop strong relationships and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Leverage AI tools and technology confidently as part of your daily workflow, embracing innovation to work smarter and support the team more effectively.
- Follow established policies and procedures to reduce the risk of E&O claims and report any actual or potential claims promptly.
- College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in AI tools and experience using systems such as ImageRight, Outlook, and other related platforms to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Vertafore is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
