Job Title: Financial Valuation Director
Location: Orange County Office – Hybrid
Salary Range: $180,000 – $200,000 bonus

What this Role Entails
As a Director in our ESOP practice led from our Orange County Office, you will:
- Lead and manage ESOP buy side valuation engagements, we well as sell-side engagements, ensuring quality, adherence to technical standards, timely project delivery, and profitability.
- Collaborate with clients, tax, audit, and legal professionals, representing M&S and Acuity professionally and proactively.
- Supervise, train, and mentor professional staff.
- Support the sales team as required, including the preparation of presentations and involvement with new client acquisition opportunities.
Makes You Successful in This Role
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in valuation at an independent valuation firm, investment bank, or an ESOP advisory practice.
- Certification: CFA or ASA certification is preferred but not required.
- Skill Set:
- Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Commitment to quality and client service.
