Compensation :
56,500 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
- Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
- Engage with potential new clients to sell legal services and cultivate new relationships
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance the client experience
- Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team
- Follow up with potential new clients who have not retained us
- Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral services
