Key Responsibilities
- Business Impact Analysis (BIA) & IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR): Analyze and document the impact of business processes and IT systems, ensuring readiness and recovery strategies are in place.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to put together detailed requirements, use cases, scenarios, and identify potential process or data gaps in the project.
- Agile Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment, focusing on Minimal Viable Product (MVP) scope and tasks.
- Data Gathering & Synthesis: Collect and synthesize data related to technology and airline operations from existing internal sources to support project efforts.
- Project Coordination: Schedule and lead meetings, drive technical resource discussions, and support project efforts to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Experience: Proven experience in IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) is essential.
- Airline Operations: Familiarity with airline operations and related technology systems.
- Agile Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within MVP scope.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and address process or data gaps, and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to schedule and drive meetings and discussions effectively.
