Key Responsibilities
- User-Centric Focus: Keep the customer at the center of all product decisions, ensuring that the product meets their needs and expectations.
- Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing budget, timelines, and other constraints.
- Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the organization's overall product strategy and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate the strategy, key metrics, and updates in product sync-up meetings with business teams, peers, and other interlocked teams.
- Requirements Gathering: Actively gather inputs from stakeholders, interpret them clearly, and update plans accordingly. Write product requirements including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Make decisions based on data and facts rather than opinions, driving product improvements and value delivery to clients.
- Product Performance: Measure product performance, assess value delivered, and adjust roadmaps and plans as necessary.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, taking initiative and being willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Experience:
- 8 years of progressive IT experience.
- 5 years as an Agile Product Owner or equivalent experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner for a SaaS product.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and features, with the ability to stay updated on new releases.
- Strong product design and interaction design skills.
- Ability to write detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRD).
- Proficient in breaking down high-level requirements into actionable tasks.
- Strong attention to user experience and detail orientation.
- Excellent data analysis skills and familiarity with data-driven product optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to coordinate across teams to achieve goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Certifications: At least one Salesforce certification is required.
