The administrator will also be responsible for documentation, tracking licensing usage, and maintaining the platform’s operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day operational tasks on the ServiceNOW platform.
- Assist in creating and maintaining reports for business leaders.
- Collaborate with the Asset Manager and Senior ServiceNOW Engineer to develop data governance processes.
- Identify and plan the removal of deprecated data or functionalities.
- Document data governance processes and active data points.
- Ensure new integrations comply with data governance standards.
- Track platform licensing usage to ensure compliance with subscription models.
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow Administration experience.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNOW base tables, relationships, and ITSM modules.
- Experience with CMDB, CI relationships, and ITSM modules.
- Knowledge of ServiceNOW licensing and subscription models.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop data governance processes.
- Strong presentation skills to communicate ServiceNOW knowledge and best practices.
- Familiarity with LDAP and Active Directory structure.
