The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ETL processes and a proven track record of developing, implementing, and optimizing data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, scalable ETL solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
ETL Development and Design :
Develop, test, implement, and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
- Design and implement ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading across multiple sources and targets.
Data Integration :
Integrate data from various sources, including databases, flat files, and APIs.
Performance Optimization :
Monitor and optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability.
Collaboration and Documentation :
Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Testing and Validation :
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Maintenance and Support :
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing ETL processes.
Required Qualifications :
Proficient in Informatica PowerCenter tools, including Designer, Workflow Manager, and Workflow Monitor.
Experience in data warehousing concepts, star / snowflake schemas, and dimensional modeling.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation.
