Coordinate the case management process, including administration and oversight of the Advocate case management software. Review all documentation submitted to OSC for alleged violations of the code of conduct, assign Case Administrators to adjudicate cases, review final outcomes of all cases that go through OSC processes for consistency, appropriate notation , and compliance.
Salary Range $44,918 - $51,929; Salary commensurate with experience and internal equity. Salary Type Salary Time Type Full-Time Work Location MU - Marshall University

Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor of Science in the Social Services field (counseling, social work, criminal justice, etc.) or computer science degree.
Experience
6 months to 1 year experience working in education.
Preferred Qualifications
Education
Master of Science’s Degree in the Social Services field (counseling, social work, criminal justice, etc.) or computer science degree.
Experience
2-4 years experience working in education.
