Experienced Welder/Fabricator. Minimum: 5 years experience in formal work setting.
We are looking for a combo welder to primarily work On Site (not typically in Marshall) in industrial settings to perform MIG, TIG, and Stick using various materials such as Carbon Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless. Duties include Pipe Welding, Structural, Rigging, Pipe fitting, Blueprint reading, Mobile welding, and Custom Fabrication. Certifications a plus, but not mandatory. Most work will be done outside of the Marshall area so willingness to travel to job sites and ability to work outside of normal business hours at times is crucial.
Must be able to lift 50lbs. Standing, climbing, bending, and working in various environments. Valid driver's license required with reliable transportation. Exceptional attendance record is a must. A welding test will determine pay rates. Must be able to work independently with decision making abilities and strong leadership qualities.
Paid holidays, vacation time, uniforms, tool allowance and optional health insurance after 120 working days.
Benefit Conditions:
Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
