Overview
As a Stocking Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our retail environment is well-organized and fully stocked for our customers. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor while maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
Duties
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Unpack merchandise and stock shelves according to established guidelines.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to move products from storage areas to the sales floor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor to provide a welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product availability and location.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient stocking processes and optimal product placement.
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment such as forklifts when necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or stocking roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Experience using RF scanners or similar inventory management tools is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods while maintaining productivity.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
