MARSHALLTOWN, a manufacturer of construction tools of unsurpassed quality known world-wide, is currently seeking candidates for a Summer/Fall 2025 or a Spring/Summer 2026 co-op. We are in need of a high-energy engineering intern with a strong sense of curiosity and a desire to improve and optimize processes including robotic processing using lean principles.
Requirements:
· Candidates must have completed the introductory courses in Autodesk Inventor or Solid Works and AutoCAD;
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential;
· Must be enrolled in an engineering discipline and be within two years of graduation.
· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and time studies.
· Prior experience with electronic, hydraulic and other mechanical devices is desirable;
