MARSHALLTOWN is recruiting a Software Engineering Interns for Spring 2025 and/or Summer 2025 at our Marshalltown, IA office location. You will work in a fast-paced, fun and rewarding environment with people who will appreciate your contribution.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate on the development and enhancement of software systems used in manufacturing and distribution processes.
- Engage in the design and implementation of software solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making processes.
- Assist in the integration of new software tools and technologies into existing systems.
Qualifications of the Position Include:
- Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Must be a current Junior or Senior.
- Previous internship or project experience in software engineering (strongly preferred).
- Interest in application development and agile processes (C#, ASP.NET MVC, IIS, SQL, HTML/CSS/JS, Visual Studio)
- Familiarity with database management systems and software development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, drive, and originality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
