Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Fayetteville, AR; this is not a remote position.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for professional and skilled trade positions across the organization. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, onboarding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers across all facilities to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process ensuring timely follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, required.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques, required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software, required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Manufacturing, a plus.
- Prior leadership experience, preferred.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
