MARSHALLTOWN is seeking a Supply Chain Engineering Intern for Summer 2025 in our Fayetteville, Arkansas office location. You will work in a fast-paced, fun and rewarding environment with people who will appreciate your contribution. You will gain hands-on experience in supply chain management through project-based work.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Improve processes for purchase order placement, receiving, and inventory management
• Optimize supply chain logistics expenses for inbound and outbound freight
• Optimize order settings to minimize supply chain cost for domestic vendors
• Use Excel and visual aid skills to develop KPI dashboards for purchasing metrics
• Work with key vendors to develop or improve supply chain for key products
• Use statistics and data analytics to improve supply chain efficiency

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, preferred. 
• Previous internship or project experience in supply chain, preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, drive, and originality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
