Leadership Position
The Vice President is responsible for leading transaction teams, conducting hands-on analysis, driving growth, and ensuring MarshBerry services are delivered effectively and efficiently. We are seeking a proven leader who can help us achieve and exceed division goals and objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage both sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory engagements, including financial analysis and modeling, due diligence, identifying and contacting potential buyers or sellers, deal structuring and negotiations, oversight of the day-to-day deal process, and ultimately lead to a successful closing of transaction.
- Recognize opportunities for growth and implement strategies that will enhance client satisfaction, company market share, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Develop and utilize the company's capabilities and position the company as a strategic partner.
- Identify and contact potential buyers or sellers, negotiate deals, and oversee the day-to-day deal process.
