**Vice President of Financial Advisory**
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Financial Advisory Team as Vice President. This role will be based in one of our offices: Beachwood OH, Grandville MI, New York NY, or Dana Point CA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading transaction teams, conducting hands-on analysis, driving growth, and ensuring effective delivery of MarshBerry services. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing both sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory engagements, including financial analysis and modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring and negotiations.
- Developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, company market share, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Servicing existing relationships with clients, vendors, and other business unit leaders to ensure client retention and provide high-level service.
- Leading team members, managing priorities, providing feedback, and conducting performance management reviews.
The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, law, assurance services, financial consulting, or financial services. A Master's degree and/or Juris Doctor is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with technology are required.
