The Marshes of Skidaway Island is recruiting for a hospitality focused Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team!
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an ADON :
- Responsible for assisting the DON with the overall supervision, provision, and quality of nursing care in the Health Center and Assisted Living departments.
- Responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, maintenance of care plans and the medical records of the residents.
- Supervises nursing personnel on all shifts. Participates in staffing, scheduling, counseling, orientation, and evaluation of nursing staff as appropriate.
- Monitors and maintains records regarding infection control training and education
