Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled and compassionate individuals who can work under the direct supervision of a pharmacist to prepare and dispense pharmaceutical drugs. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispense medications according to standard procedures and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of medication inventory, patient information, and billing details.
- Assist pharmacists with day-to-day tasks, including answering patient questions and resolving medication-related issues.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize pharmacy operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician training program preferred.
- Pharmacy Technician registration or licensure (or application in pending status) within 6 months of employment.
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician via PTCB or equivalent (optional).
- For advanced positions (III and Senior), additional certifications or registrations may be required.
