Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative you are the first point of contact for any customer that has questions or issues with our products or service. Assist and act as a liaison, providing product/service information, promoting new products, generating sales by check with past customers, answer questions, and resolve problems with customer accounts.
Primary responsibilities
- Providing administrative support where needed in multiple departments
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Customer order entry into system for processing
- Enter information into spreadsheets or other databases.
- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
- Work within Excel and Google Sheets creating and working with formulas
- Entering and maintaining website content
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
- Looking for an energetic individual willing and able to take on multiple tasks and report to various members of management.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
