Carpentry/Woodworking/Engineering Teacher (1.0)

Teacher Salary Schedule
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP OR LINE OF AUTHORITY:
Reports directly to Technology Education Department Head and Building Principal
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s preferred;
- MA DESE License: Technology Education (Industrial Arts) (5-12) or Technology/Engineering (5-12) or Chapter 74 Vocational-Technical Educator Licensure in the field of Carpentry;
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Massachusetts Science and Technology/Engineering Curriculum Frameworks;
- Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, and/or engineering;
- Experience with the Engineering Design process preferred;
- Experience with Auto CAD preferred;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills;
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students;
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
