Job Title : Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Description :

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
• Work closely with patients to assess their physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and administer physical modalities to enhance patient mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Float within the hospital when required, based on unit needs and specialties.
• Complete mandatory compliance tasks timely, including module training during orientation.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate lab appointments as part of the onboarding process.
• Provide proof of background initiation and necessary documentation within designated timeframes.
• Ensure high standards of care and maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
