Job Title : Registered Nurse
Job Specialty : ICU
Job Duration : 13 Weeks
Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM); Day 3x12-Hour (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM), variable per unit needs
Guaranteed Hours :
Experience : 2 years experience required
License : Valid WI License required at time of submission
Certifications : BLS, ACLS required; NIH, TNCC preferred
Must-Have : AHA certifications required prior to start
Job Description :
- Work in Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on variable 12-hour shifts.
- Manage critical care patients and respond to unit needs for patient care with flexibility.
- Work every other weekend and every other holiday as needed.
- Candidates may need to float within the hospital according to unit needs.
- Complete required certifications and training modules during orientation.
- Maintain compliance with vaccination policies, with exemptions considered for medical / religious reasons.
- Provide supervisor references and undergo necessary background checks and compliance lab tests promptly.
Candidates should be prepared to complete hospital-specific training and comply with job-specific requirements to ensure the highest quality care and safety standards are met.
