Job Title : CNA / Nurse Assistant
Job Specialty : PCU
Job Duration : 13 Weeks
Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30); Day 3x12-Hour (07 : 00 - 19 : 30)
Guaranteed Hours : 36 Hours per Week
Experience : Minimum 1 year of travel experience required, 2 years of general experience preferred
License : Valid WI License required
Certifications : BLS required, AHA certifications required prior to start
Must-Have : No first-time travelers accepted, CNA experience, no cancellations in work history, BG & license hits not accepted
Job Description :
- CNA / Nurse Assistant needed for a PCU unit.
- Variable shifts include 0700-1930, 1100-2330, 1900-0730.
- Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required.
- Mandatory floating within skillset as needed.
- Previous experience with Cerner preferred.
- Completion of travel compliance requirements, background checks, and other credentials within 48 hours.
- Flu vaccine required, medical / religious exemptions considered.
- Candidates must be willing to adjust schedules to complete compliance requirements soon after signing.
- Modules to be completed during orientation, up to a billable maximum.
- Attendance required for orientation, scheduled for 8 hours.
Note : Candidates must have two supervisor references and provide proof of background initiation and lab / DS appointments. Candidates are expected to float within the hospital as needed based on specialty requirements.
