- 36HPW. Nights 1900 - 0730. Open to picking up 4x12 shift. EOW, EOH, No Call.
- Required: BLS, PALS, Cerner Experience, and Level II Trauma.
- Current Driver's License or Government issued photo ID required.
- Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start. Must include date/time stamp of when completed. WI CNA license is required. No waivers or out of state licenses accepted.

- Float Requirements: PICU
- Flu vaccine required during flu season. Medical exemptions are acceptable but must be submitted promptly to be reviewed by MCHS, and the candidate must complete approved forms.
