Vehicle InspectorNSL part of Marston Holdings Limited has an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Inspector to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As a Vehicle Inspector with Marston Holdings Ltd you will carry out vehicle inspections in line with Transport for London TfL Quality Assurance systems.
A full UK driving licence and experience of driving manual vehicles is required for this role. Job Description
- Inspect Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles to meet TfL licencing criteria
- Record inspection findings using PCs and Handheld Computers
- Liaise with customers, offering test feedback, advice, and guidance in terms of re-booking and rectifications required
- Updating the system with any vehicle changes, damage reports or new documentation
- Liaise with colleagues and TfL over policy, procedures, and changes Person specification
- Close attention to detail, ability to check documentation to ensure it is accurate and check vehicles to ensure they are in line with the licencing rules
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Strong report writing abilities
