Position: Shipping Lead Supervisor
Location: Yuma, Arizona
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
What you will be responsible for:
Assisting on overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment of Domestic and International shipments including receiving and inspecting incoming products. Lead and supervise warehouse workers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance and providing coaching and training.

What you will be responsible for:
Assisting on overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment of Domestic and International shipments including receiving and inspecting incoming products. Lead and supervise warehouse workers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance and providing coaching and training.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Acts as department supervisor in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor
- Assists in the enforcement of company rules and policies
- Oversee and assign daily duties to shipping and receiving team
- Manage workflow of shipping and receiving teams
- Foster teamwork
- Fills in for workers when needed
- Oversee employee performance and conduct performance reviews
- Maintain open lines of communication with quality and customer service departments
- Report to upper management
- Unloading and loading trucks.
- Pick, pack and label orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build pallets for shipping internationally and domestically.
- Receiving and inspecting incoming products and materials.
- Updating inventory of received items.
- Maintaining accurate records of daily inventory, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
- Stock products in an orderly manner in appropriate locations.
- Conduct regular Cycle Counts
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Data entry and computer skills
- Forklift and cherry picker experience
- Knowledge of basic math and computer skills including Excel, MSOffice, and Outlook.
- Close attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math and organization skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
